CT Planning obtained Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for the change of use of a Grade I Listed Building to a wedding venue.
The scheme included the formation of a car parking area for up to 100 cars. The use has been introduced without significant alterations to the building thus maintaining the character and appearance of the Listed Building. The development secured the continued use and upkeep of an existing historic asset and in so doing assist in diversifying and securing investment to the local economy.
