The Assignment
CT Planning had the privilege in securing planning permission for the relocation of Burton Rugby Football Club Ltd. to their new ground at Battlestead Croft, Tatenhill. This enabled their move from Peel Croft in Burton Town Centre, their home of 150 years.
bi Design Architecture Ltd designed a contemporary clubhouse and grandstand that respected the strong history of the club whilst providing an appropriate response to its setting. With several procedural and technical difficulties to navigate, it is with great pleasure that BRFC and the community can now enjoy the extensive sports facilities at the ground. Here is to another 150 years!
