CT Planning successfully secured planning permission for the construction of a new dwelling in replacement of a mobile home on green belt land.
There were very special circumstances for the application, which involved the replacement of the existing mobile home with a building of identical size constructed with more durable materials.
CT Planning demonstrated that the proposed dwelling would have no greater impact on openness and would enhance the character and appearance of the surrounding area relative to the appearance of the existing mobile home or any replacement mobile home.
