CT Planning had the pleasure in submitting a planning application for Keon Homes Limited on Canalside, Walsall. The development will transform vacant brownfield land providing 33 much needed Affordable homes.
There were some technical constraints to navigate but we are now delighted to have received a resolution to approve from commitee.
