Will is an Apprentice Town Planner, currently studying Urban and Regional Planning Msc and working towards being a Chartered Town Planner at the University of Birmingham. Having graduated from Aberystwyth University with a 2:1 in Geography Bsc, Will joined the team in 2022, after being introduced to the huge influence the planning system has on the world around him during his degree. From his degree Will gained an overall understanding of the planning system through looking at examples of resilience within urban and rural settings through planning control. Will is now building upon this understanding through shadowing his colleagues on site visits and completing site appraisals .
Outside of work, Will enjoys visiting family back home in Lincolnshire and travelling further afield. When he is not in the gym, Will enjoys watching sport, particularly boxing and football but as a Scunthorpe United fan he admits, enjoying it can be difficult at times.
