Louise is a Chartered Town Planner with over 7 years’ experience in the private sector. Louise has worked on a wide range of projects and has a comprehensive understanding of both planning policy and development management to provide commercially minded advice to client. Her areas of expertise include but not limited to; site appraisals and preparing development option reports, strategic site searches, preparing and submitting planning applications, negotiating the delivery of complex development schemes through the planning process, and preparing appeals for written representation.
Louise has worked on numerous large scale housing and commercial projects in Birmingham and the West Midlands. Recent successes include a large Build-to-Rent apartment scheme in Birmingham’s Gun Quarter, detailed planning consent for 141 affordable dwellings in Brierley Hill and the delivery of a 6,000sq.m industrial unit in Dudley.
Outside of work Louise likes to stay active enjoying running, cycling, and swimming.
