What is a Chartered Town Planner?
Chartered Town Planners are corporate members of the Royal Town Planning Institute and are required to undertake 50 hours of Continual Professional Development every two years. This is to continually improve knowledge and skills.

Do you adhere to a code of conduct?
Yes, Chartered Town Planners must adhere to the Code of Professional Conduct. If you would like to see a copy, you can view it on the Royal Town Planning Institute website at http://www.rtpi.org.uk/download/154/Code-of-Professional-Conduct-2007.pdf
